What is Symbaroum? Symbaroum is a dark low-fantasy game that uses a very straightforward roll D20 under attribute+modifier resolution system. The game has strong tones which resonate with things like Shadow of the Colossus , or The Witcher . The game itself focuses on a small portion of the world that is unexplored with a strong emphasis on exploration and mystery, in contrast to typical settings which focus on world shattering fantasy. The game can be brutal, the light of a treasure hunter, a sellsword, or any other adventuring type can be plucked from world in a second but the chance for riches make it all worth the risk. What I am looking for: Role-play focused players who want to explore the land of Ambria, and the great forest Davokar. GMs who would like to work together and communicate to help foster a collection of stories of our brave adventurers. People who are comfortable speaking over Skype / Discord, as voice is a requirement . Creativity and improv. People who do not mind a One Shot Episodic Styled game. What I am not looking for: Min-maxing. Jerks. People interested more in getting XP and loot than creating a compelling character.
