More usability bugs, notes and glitches:
1. Hitting "Enter" from the login page on the campaign link doesn't log me in, I need to find and hit the button with the mouse.
2. There is no "Sign Out" UI if you are logged in as an adventurer account. All you can do is click on "Your Campaigns", which of course pops up a noop error page. It's not possible to recover access to the GM account without manually deleting cookies.
3. The "Controlled By" field on the Edit Token window is a drop-down selection menu, but there's nothing to indicate that visually. It should have a down arrow, etc...
4. As a player: I can create rectangles on the map. But I can't see them. What's the deal here? I wasn't able to figure out that the purpose of this UI was, and the fact that the generated phantom objects are visible to (at least) the GM but not to the creator.
5. It would be nice to have some kind of squelch or PTT feature on the audio. Typing on my laptop while connected produces a really annoying machine gun sound: not stealthy if you're trying to /whisper.
6. Object rotation is constrained to multiples of 45 degrees, with or without Alt pressed. I don't see a good reason for this; the underlying SVG representation obviously supports arbitrary rotations.
