[5e OGL by Roll20 template] What is the equivalent of template I used for Community Contributed?

Hello, I moved from Community Contributed sheet to OGL by Roll20. I got used to following syntax &{template:5eDefault} {{title=Title}} {{freetext=text}}} What is the equivalent in OGL by Roll20? I mainly look for equivalent for freetext part. Thanks in advance!
