Problem visualize Roll20 campaign/website

Hi everyone i'm having problem to visualize the roll20 website and well as my campaign. I'm using a netbook with windows and firefox, and things look more or less like this: I checked that both java and flash player were updated but i really don't know what else i can do. On my desktop everything always worked fine and i was wondering if you could help me out fixing the problem. cheers Gabriele

Please go to http://supportdetails.com/ and report the details except for IP address. My guess is a slow connection but, it could be something else. What kind of Netbook are you using? - Gauss

Please post a screenshot of when it is in Chrome. However, my guess is that your internet speed is severely hindered right now. Perhaps rebooting your modem will help. - Gauss
ok thanks i will try as soon as i get beck home. I don't know if that could be of any help but another issue that i'm having is that even when i visit harmless websites (google) i receive a certificate issue like if the website is dangerous. What i need to do after is "confirm the exception" and then i enter the website.Could it be if i change that setting i will solve the problem? how do i do that?

I will ask one of my fellow Moderators. That is a bit out of my area of expertise. However, I suggest going through your browser and antivirus settings to see what they are at. Perhaps something is set too high. - Gauss
I tried to reboot my router but the result is the same also in chrome At this point i'm not that sure what else i could do
It looks like for some reason your computer isn't downloading some of the files needed to make Roll20 work. That security exception is a likely candidate. It may be that you don't have the correct base certificates installed on your system...as far as I know the only way to fix that is to do a re-install of your OS. Sorry :-(
Hi riley Thanks for the answer. So no other way to install those "correct base certificates"?

have you gone to microsoft and run an update or to the asus site and looked over their support files? My wife's laptop is windows 8 so I'm not familar with it but their is a way to reload your certs.
