LF 4E/5E. novice player seeking chill group. Very flexible times.

My RL D&D group fizzled out on me and I miss playing terribly. I've never played online or with roll20. But I'm willing to try anything at this rate. I've also got TS/Skype for comm needs. I play a Psion normally. I'm hoping to continue playing him, regardless at level 1 or not. So yea. I'm looking for a group that'll put up with that and my being a newb at times. I'm in central US. I'm available anywhere from 5PM up until 9AM (I have a vampire-like sleep pattern). I'm a disabled vet, so i'm home 95% of the time. I can play on weekends, but I do visit friends. so i might not be available until later in the evening on weekends. Would be happy to join a group. I'll continue my trek through the roll20 tutorial. Thanks!
Hey there. I'm one of the dms for a group called guild living that is very new player friendly. Our advertisement is here on the looking for group forums. You could also send me a contact request at gravymattingly on Skype for nor info.

So i may need some help getting a character sheet done with that. If that's all okay, i'd love to join in.
We are indeed. Anything from the books/mags that is in the compendium (Which we provide a copy of the offline one for free) is allowed. I'll toss you a join link in a PM.
Hello! Just in case you might be willing to join more than one game (because the d&d itch is so strong) I figured I would throw out some info for my group as well. It will be an Eberron based game where two groups live in the same world and may, at times, interact directly or indirectly. (though the 2 groups are played at different times) No trying to steal you from Gary of course just letting you know of an upcoming group you could get into. For more info on the game: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/49397/the-last-war
Not stealing at all. Our games are very much 'play when you want / when you have time'. We actually encourage our members to play in other campaigns, especially if those other campaigns are different editions (which yours is). Good luck finding the players you need to fill out your ranks.

And am interested. But i have a question about: "(DMG pg#) Variant Rules: 131 Training to Gain Levels 251 Flanking 266 Horror (rare) Along with Variant Rules related to Army vs Army conflict if the group chooses to take part in that storyline." I'm still a big novice when it comes to D&D. So i have no idea what any of this means.
Those are variant rules in 4th edition. Basically if you have a copy of the DMG you can see what optional rules they are using.
