Backround Chat Beep Not Playing

I've been having this issue since shortly after I joined Roll20 some time ago, over a year.  Despite the Enable Background Chat Beep option being ticked, the volume slider all the way to the right, I'm not hearing any sort of background beep when using Roll20. I have the "Video + Voice" area set to Broadcast "Nothing (Disable)", Recieve "Video And Voice", and the Video/Player Avatar Size being "Names Only". I'm using the latest version of Firefox, and I've had this problem on two different computers, one Windows 7, the other Windows 10. I have the following addons installed for Firefox: Adblock Plus Hide Tab Bar With One Tab Smartvideo for YouTube YouTube Flash Video Player I have attempted to try disabling them one at a time to see which one might be causing the problem, but none of them seem to be doing so (though I might be mistaken). If you need further information to help you diagnose this problem, please let me know how to obtain it?  This is insanely annoying of late, because I tend to multitask, and miss large sections of game because I cannot hear the notifications that people have posted new chats.

Hey Vyre, sorry you're having sound issues. Some questions to see if we can't figure out what's going on here: When you play sound from other websites does that work as intended? If you use the jukebox on Roll20, can you hear that? Has this always been an issue or has it just recently started happening, about how long ago did it start?

Sorry for not getting back to this in a while. Sound from other websites works absolutely fine.  As far as I can recall, it started within a few days of my having signed up for Roll20, and the background chat beep has been absent ever since. I haven't tried using the jukebox on Roll20, since for the most part, the music I listen to is all MP3s on my own computer, not available on Soundcloud.  However, I just tested some of the tracks on Tabletop Audio, and those work.

Hmm, this is really weird. I have a few more requests: Could you try just looking up a random track from Soundcloud and see if that will play for you? It's really weird that only the one sound source wouldn't work. Could you try this in Chrome, too, and see if you have the same issue there? Please do  Step 4 of the Solving Technical Issues guide and paste the console log here. Do this after you would have expected to hear the beeps, I want to see if any errors are being thrown to the log.

Appologies once again for the long delay in replying. Unfortunately, I don't have Chrome, and frankly, I don't want to have to install another browser I won't ever use for anything else just to check one irritating (but noncritical) problem.&nbsp; I use firefox exclusively, and have for more than a decade. I just played a random soundcloud track and that works fine.
