Demon the Fallen Sheet

Hello, I hope I post this in the right section I have been playing Vampire the Masquerade with my friends and I decided I would like to start a Demon campaign (Demon the Fallen), although I couldnt find a character sheet. I have been searching in the forums, requesting it, than I saw that (in theory) its already available, yet I cant find it. Am I doing something wrong or is it a pro user feature or it has been deleted? Thank you!

I took a look, it may be possible to change the attributes for certain abilities, its good that there is a demon form page, I may have to investigate further, also thinking about using vampire the masquerade v20 sheet (although the faith and the apocaliptic form is a bit tricky)
