Hello everyone. I've recently purchased the Shadow of the Demon Lord rpg and would like to play test the game with a small adventure. I envision the game from start to end as no more than 2 or 3 sessions, so this will not be an ongoing campaign. I'm planning to run the play test on Monday evenings from 6:00 PM EST with sessions running perhaps 2 to 3 hours. I use Skype for voice but no video. My aim is to have no less than 3 players, and no more than 5. Any more and I tend to have difficulty managing things. I'd like to have session 1 no later than July 4th, and ideally have characters written up prior to then. No experience with the game is necessary as I'll be learning it along with you. We'll do character creation together, and we'll be using all the random generation tables. I'm a big fan of said tables and I want to see them in action. Players will begin with Novice characters (level 1, rather than the default level 0). The characters in the party will begin the game knowing each other so we can get right in the swing of things.
