[PF] How do I get Skill Notes to work?

I might just be missing something really obvious, but how do I get skill notes to appear when I roll a skill check? I'm referring to the Skill Notes section at the bottom of the Skills tab, where it says "Put notes about context-sensitive Skill bonuses here." Putting text in there doesn't actually seem to have any effect, as far as I can tell.  I know that with the attacks, there are check boxes that allow you to toggle Melee notes, Ranged notes, etc., but I don't see anything similar for skills. Help?

You can edit the macro-text(just add it to the end of the macro is fine) of any skill to include something like {{Notes=@{Skill-notes} }} No one has requested an option to include them... ;-)
