Both myself (the DM) and a player had a the turn order tracker disappear. We think this happened when we resized our browsers, although it didn't disappear every time we resized the browser. The only way to get it back was to reload the browser. Even as the DM it didn't come back when I hit the the turn order tracker button in the tool bar. I had to refresh and then it just came back. I was using FF, not sure about the player. Not a big deal, but thought I would log a "bug report". Please let me know if there are other info I should provide if we run into other issues in the future. Thanks!
