[LFP] DnD 5E - homebrew campaign - New DM

I'm looking for a group to play with using a scenario I have been working on. I am from Sydney Aus and work all different hours, leaving saturday and sunday evenings the best spot for a game. The campaign would be set in the Forgotten Realms using the following flavour:  For the people of Iriaebor life had grown miserable under the rule of Lord Enster, after the passing of his father Eitham, a benevolent ruler, Enster was elevated to power. He was not a fair ruler. In the first year of his charge he taxed the commoners hard. Enster would send his forces to procure whatever he wanted from farmers an artisans with no compensation. Any form of enjoyment was sapped with the close of taverns and theatres, a curfew guard would be sent out nightly to enforce the new mandate. The future seemed grim indeed, there was however a small group of likeminded citizens, mostly working class farmers and tradespeople and a few scholars, who wondered if they may be better off starting a fledgling town independent of the greedy arm of Lord Enster. In secret they would meet and plan their mutiny. After many months of planning, with the weather favourable and the site chosen, it was time to leave and found this new village of hope. If this sounds like something that might interest you, leave a reply and we will see if we can organise a game time.

What hours would you be thinking of doing?  I have been looking for a game on Sunday night but I'm on PST (west coast of the US).  I normally don't do 5e but considering how few Pathfinder games there are that I can join I might as well give 5e one more try.
More than likely from 5pm onwards on a saturday or between the hrs of 4 and 8pm on a sunday evening, times being AEST +10.
