D&D 3.5 Anyone?

Anyone up for a one shot within the next hour or so?  I feel like running something!  I do hate one shots but and extremely bored. Home Brew World Level 5 players 32 Point Buy Humans, Elves, Half Elf's, Half Orc's, Grum (Halfling like use halfling attributes) Players will already know each other, do not have time for party set up. Dynamic lighting set, Maps made from previous session. Skype or TS3 for VOIP

What level would it be? Would people actually roll stats or use a point buy? What setting would it be in?
