Adventurers League Stories

I know Adventurer's League 2 hour shorts are a thing, and I've only seen one or 2 here and there, but the way they are really makes me want to play. I don't live anywhere near a local store, so I am unable to constantly go to the stores and play them in person. Today, however, I saw that you can buy the actual PDFs off of them. My question would be, would I be allowed to run those without being a part of Adventurer's League on here or would that be bad? I'd like to run them and have fun with them, but I want to know if it would be right to do so without signing up for it like we would have to do in person.
