Hmm I like the artifact idea. I was already considering introducing something like a cursed blade or some form of weapon with power but a bit of repercussion behind it.  I used to play hearthstone, but I stopped because it just reminded me of how much better Magic was.

Whelp, I just sent my damaged PHB about 5 minutes ago. I talked to a customer service rep and he flat out stated that they include a "little something extra" when they ship it back.&nbsp; Here's hoping for a sword coast adventurer's guide. I'll keep you guys posted when &nbsp;it comes back.&nbsp; In other news, I'm now an official adventurer's league DM, and I'll be hosting a couple games at owl con come February. It will also be my first convention, so fun times all around.&nbsp;

So I didn't get any notification from wizards of the coast that they has received my PHB. I simply got a call today from FedEx that they were confirming my address for delivery. It also fortunately was the day that I overslept and didn't go into work. Gives me plenty of time to enjoy my new PHB and sword coast adventurer's guide.&nbsp;

Hey Belanor, check out this character I made for Amp. Came up as a spur of the moment thing, but I like how he turned out.&nbsp; For the rest of the group, this is a character sheet using the ruleset from Amp:Year One, a new supers rpg that has some interesting mechanics. It's more focused on rolling than D&D, but somehow I feel like it's also more narrative at the same time. Anyway, you guys should check it out. It's a cool system with some awesome powers and mechanics.

Are you aware that the "beau" is the French masculine word for attractive/beautiful and is pronounced "bow" (as in bow tie)? Hence making your name a pun on the word rainbow. Was this intentional? Either way, I found it hilarious. I have a character concept but I haven't created anything yet since Amp games are hard to come by. Reign Beau (huehue) looks good thought! Oh your drawbacks exceed the 10BP limit, is that intentional?

Yes it is a deliberate pun on rainbow, for that very same reason. Also, an allusion to a pet name for his middle name, Beuregard. The Reign comes from his Authority ability to command and rule over others, while rainbow refers to the fact that his bolt attacks are a prismatic light, instead of one solid color.&nbsp; As for the drawbacks, I debated using a continuous power, but I forgot to check the tricks and augments I had available to see if anything was appropriate. If I find something I like, then I'll exceed the drawback limitation. All in all, I'm excited for this one, and I've decided that Alistair Beuregard Carver will be my first Amp character.
