[LFP] 5e Sundays, 2pm to around 7-9 pm pdt

Hello, I'm a member of a 3-person group that is currently looking for other players to fill out the party of a game that's about to start. We already have a dm, and he's probably going to start the game either next week or week after next. Let me know what you want to play/what you're looking for if you're interested and I'll refer you to the skype channel. My skype username is KyleMcCloudSr.
What kind of group is it? I'm a kind of permanent DM so I don't mind filling a role that needs filling. Also what kind of time are you looking at?
Probably around 5 PDT or so, onward. I'm not sure what the others want to play, but we're mostly a new group (I'm a veteran) and like roleplaying and story above all else.
I would be very interested in joining. 7 p.m. would be perfect as that is when my daughters go to bed. I have two characters that I have been wanting to play recently. One is a Human Ranger and the other is a Tifeling Wizard. I can give you more information on the characters if you want. Feel free to PM me, message me back here.
I guess, if you want you could tell me about them, we'd be starting at level 3 or so.
Name: Marius Friggson Race: Human Class: Ranger Background: Marius belonged to a village on the outskirts of a major city where he learned to hunt, fish, and survive from a young age. The village as a whole was tasked with providing a great deal of the food source to the larger city for the nobles. During one tragic dry season, the majority of the animals succumbed to famine, and/or moved elsewhere, meaning that the nobles (and his village) we left without food. The nobles added insult to injury when they came to the village, and demanded the hunters try harder or else there would be punishment from the nobles, and their knights. Weeks continued to pass without relief, and many of the younger members of the village began to get ill due to undernourishment. Marius was among these, and his father Frigg did his best to provide for his family, and the demands of the nobles. This would prove to be in vain when one morning the nobility came to town, and with them, a band of their knights to punish the hunters for their weakness. The hunters were locked up, and moved to the inner city to be punished in the dungeons, but Frigg would not leave his son. Frigg pushed chairs, and placed other objects to bolster the front door to their cabin. The nobles took this act of impudence, and chose to make an example out of him. They set the cabin ablaze, and Frigg had no choice but to remove the barricade from the door, and rush out with young Marius in his arms. Marius had been burned on his back, and arms, but would make a full recovery. Unfortunately, his father would not be so lucky. The nobles, showing some semblance of mercy, knocked Marius to the ground, and pushed him away from his father. They then released their hounds on him. In his prime, Frigg could have taken 2-3 of these hunting hounds with a dagger, however, after starving for weeks, and using much of his energy to save his son, he fell to their bites. Marius wailed in anger and sorrow as he laid on the ground. The noblemen, seeing no reason to bother with this whelp of a child, pulled the jailed hunters back to the city of Irasfall to live out their "crimes." Marius wept all night, and in the morning he rolled onto his belly, and pushed himself to his feet, still delirious from the past weeks events. He swayed into the woods, until he found a spring to wash in. The water felt like a gift from the Gods on his burns, and he drifted into a deep sleep as he lay in the pool. After these events, Marius devoted his life to living in solitude. He would interact on occasion with travelers, but he refused to enter the town of Irasfall. He knew, without help, he had no hope of rescuing his friends, and family. This continued for 10 years. Marius, waif of a young man, has found his calling in the woods surrounding this old village. His training in his youth has done him well, and he maintains his training, all the while looking for the opportunity to take his revenge on the nobles of Irasfall. Now obviously depending on the world this takes place in the locations can be changed. I am open to working with a variety of different inspirations for this characters as well. The reason I didn't include the Tifeling is because I am wondering about a couple things. What types of Gods are in this universe, and would a Tifeling Wizard that focuses on Necromancy be welcome in a party?
I'm not entirely sure what the setting is as of yet (I'm not the dm), but that's a really good backstory, if you want, I can link you to the skype chat that we've got going.

Adam R. said: Alright, do you have a character concept in the making? I have a few characters from 4e i played around with. that being said i'm a tad unsure what i would wanna play. i suppose i would pick up my Ranger i haven't used, or a wizard summoner maybe. If the DM wanted too allow PAragon paths i would more then likely pick Ranger for the arcane archer. Edit: i don't mind adjusting too what the party needs as well. in the end we are a team, and need to survive what ever is thrown at us. :D so if needed i can go dedicated healer with buffs, a full on tank, or a full on striker.
Hey, I'd like to get in on this
I have a game everyone is welcome in, the more the merrier, "Gnarby's Tavern" Look it up or msg me and I can invite you. Everyone is welcome.
Yeah, I think we're full for this one (unless someone leaves), don't worry about the whole "don't advertise other games on this post". I'm not an asshole. Hope you can find players for your game.
Im very interested in this game. I would love to play in your campaign.
We've got quite a few players at the moment (about 7-8), do you have a character concept and everything else? Also, we shifted the game day to Sunday, starting around 2pm pdt and ending around 7-9 pm pdt.
