Finding stuff in your art library

For me this has become rather annoying to deal with - unless I retag all the files (and even then, the search doesn't always seem to find it all) I usually need to go through all the files to find what I am looking for, or worse, what I want to delete. Am I missing something or is there no option to sort other than by search? .

I had to do something similar just recent. I had the same graphics loaded 3 or 4 times without knowing it. I sat down and went thru my library listing and deleted my duplicates then fixed all my tags. I made specific tags for some tokens and then I made general tags so that I could get the genre, npc or monster, down to the type of creature or person. Example : on a skeleton token I used the following Fantasy, Bfrpg, monster, undead, skeleton, skeleton_sword This gives me a good method of finding what I want or need.
Boy that would be a lot of work for all my tokens - I have like 100 for plants alone :-Would be easier to do if there were several pages of items, or there would be a sort by name function instead of the upload time. Or I could just delete everything not currently in use and keep uploading. ;o/ But your tagging method sounds like something I should attempt to do at least for my creatures and NPCs.

It takes time but with the current tag method it works pretty well.
Well, it would still be nice to get folders, considering how time-consuming that "tag it all" method actually is (not to mention that one doesn't always remember all of the tags, but it's easy to spot a folder on a list) :)
Maybe that'll happen eventually. Once that yellow sponsor bar gets to where the treasure chest is :)
