Can't find a Modern Army Type System

Hey there, after reading about one-shots and never having tried one, I have decided to try and make one and give it a shot on here. The scenario I had in my head was a infiltration style situation where 4 guys are breaking into a enemies base of operations, and there would be gun and maybe vehicles (such as a helicopter). I havent been able to find any such system that supports these ideas and do not know if one does exist. If one does could people point me in the correct direction or provide links, or any such system that is similar, nothing sci-fi, sticking it to modern. Thanks!
