Needing clarification: I have a player who's only internet access is via a mobile device. If I (the GM) subscribe and gain access to dynamic lighting and mobile access features as indicated in the graphic, will he be able to join and play in my game via his mobile device? Thanks!

Yes, any game you create your players also gain the benefits of your subscription for that game (dynamic lighting, mobile support, no loading ads, etc.)
