Handouts Not Working

Good morning, Since yesterday, I have been unable to make new handouts for the campaigns I am working on. When I type in the information and save it, like I normally do, nothing will save. Well not exactly nothing, the title reverts back to "Mysterious Note" and there is nothing in the handout. If I could get some help with this, I would greatly apprecriate it. Thank you
I seem to be suffering the same problem as well. Nothing uploads to the hands out.
Huh. I can confirm this behavior. I'll pass it on to the devs.
Should be fixed now!

Give it another try. If you're still in your campaign, try reloading. EDIT: Riley to the rescue!
Thank you. Whatever you did has fixed the problem.
I am having an issue just like that. I am trying to upload a txt doc into the choose a file area. All it is doing is loading and it never gets past that part. I hope I am posting this in the correct place. If you want screen shot or anything else let me know. Also I have been trying to do this for the past 2 hours and with 2 different docs.

Nathan B., The only file types that can be uploaded to Roll20 are JPG, GIF, PNG, and PDFs (it will convert a PDF page to a JPG). The maximum size limit per file is 5MB for free users. - Gauss
So it wont take a txt file in that area. I don't know how to make a txt doc into a PDF. But I will try it. Thank you for the heads up.
You could also just copy/past the text into the handout. I've done that for documents up to 60 pages before and it worked fine.

Thank you for the heads up. depends on your software that you use for your text but they all should have the option to export (not save) as pdf. I use openoffice (libreoffice is the same but a different version) and you can export your text as a pdf.
I am using note pad. But I do have openoffice. I will copy over to that and try it. Thank you

you're welcome and I hope it works for you. I normally convert pdf's to jpeg by importing them in to gimp and exporting them to jpg but text to pdf is really easy with most publishing software.
It worked correctly now. Thank you for all the help.
