Looking for Longterm Weekly D&D 5E Campaign.

Hello. So firstly me and my friend are looking for a longterm Dungeons & Dragons campaign. However there are a few things we look for in a DM it may sound a little demanding but it's no less an effort that I put into my game and had no one leave as of yet. Days and Start Times available allowing for up to 4 hours of play. Monday 7PM-9PM GMT  Tuesday 7PM-9PM GMT Wednesday 7PM-9PM GMT Thursday 7PM-9PM GMT Friday 7PM-10PM GMT DM Requirements 1. Must use roll20 to roll for combat it speeds up the game greatly and stops arguments about you fudging rolls. what ever happen happens. Proper DM's don't Fudge rolls. 2. Must have a Map for combat even if this is a basic white grid with a few lines it just makes things so much easier and quicker if we can see where people are standing and position our spells. Although would be nice to get a DM who puts as much time and effort into maps as I do. 3. Must understand the rules and enforce the other players to follow them. Fine with DM bending rules for story but don't like constant DM Railroading. 4. No Critical Hit or Fumble table, We don't like these they make little sense considering you are trained adventures you would not have a 1/20 chance of this happening. What you can expect from me and my friend is two players who are willing to put the time and effort into making realistic characters for your game. Who will try there best to role-play and don't meta game. We are also not murderhobo's and will at least try to role-play our ways out of trouble before resorting to violence. Lastly if we join your game it is very unlikely we will miss a session as we keep our commitments to games. Sorry if this post seem a bit picky but as of late it seems like there is an over amount of terrible DM's about.

Hi i'm the friend. Ether myself (or Atticus if he finds time) will post an example of how we tend to apply to games shortly.
Character info: Name: Varis Moonbrook Age: 167 Race: Wood Elf Class & Playstyle: Druid (Healer / All rounder) Background: Outlander Alignment: Druidic Neutral Background: From birth a young Varis has been raised in the ways of the druids and there beliefs, very little is know about the druids as they are a solitary bunch and do not share there teachings for the most part with outsiders. However they have made some allowances to those who have earned the trust of the druids. What is common knowledge is that they draw upon the power of the world and the natural forces within all life learning to manipulate them, not all are able to learn the path of the druids and it takes many year's of study and a love for the balance of nature to even get the basic connection needed to draw upon it's magic. Also it is uncommon to see a druid wearing or using anything made of metal as this can affect there magic making it difficult to cast certain spells. Although they bare no direct hatred towards the people of the world they will sometimes act in ways that confuse civilized people and cause anger directed towards themselves. This is because they have a strong bond with nature and they know that if people keep over expanding it will lead to death and imbalance within the natural world which is what they are trying to avoid at any cost. As for Varis from birth he has been training in the ways of the druids and during that time he has learnt many things and seen and experienced wonders beyond belief. What wonders you may ask well during his training he learnt about all the different types of Plants, Flowers, Herbs, Fungi, and Mosses and there medical uses learning how to make anti toxin's and potions of healing. Well traveling around the world via his Archdruid magic he got to see many of the beasts of the world in there natural habitats and some of there strengths and weaknesses and when out in an area if one such beast was not about his Archdruid would often summon up or shift into the beast they were looking for and explain the many benefits that the creature had as well as it's flaws. But his most treasured experience during his training was when his master shifted Varis into different animals so he could experience the world as they see it, this gave him a unique perspective on life and better prepared him for when he gained the ability to shift using his own magic. After completing his training a still young Varis set out to see the world and create his own bonds with the tree's so one day he could train druids himself and show them around the world giving them the same experiences his master gave him. This has lead him to the Insert Town Name where he has been looking to join up with a group of able bodied adventurers to explore the world and achieve his goal well traveling with them, Little bit about his personality: Varis is willing to work with other's to achieve his own goal's and will help them achieve there own goal's as long as it is feasible to him and does not upset the natural balance of the world on a grand scale. An example of this would be someone using a powerful magical spell to destroy or blight the land its self on a grand scale like that of the Meteor Swarm spell, however cutting down a tree to cross a raging river or killing a bear for food is acceptable to him. Also have a lot of other characters made up with backstory's that are detailed.
I see you beat me to posting, and you linked up a Token I made, nice one. Can't think of much to add other than I have a load of tokens i'm willing to share with any DM that invites us. Got something for every race that can be played and every monster in the MM along with some NPC.
You guys seem like you might enjoy how I conduct a game, but I only use my  custom ruleset . Your hours might also pose a problem due to it being only two hour periods, for the most part.
It seems you have misread my post Natharias the times listed are when we can start playing and allowing up too 4 hours of play minimum the earlier start times means it can run over the 4 hour mark. On another note I did read through your stuff and there is stuff I found interesting and stuff that was little silly so I will pass on it. But I wish you the best of luck in your future games. Also the type of game we are looking for is one following the rulebook and errta as written unless like you said something makes sense then that can be changed if both DM and other players agree on it or the DM needs to change it for story reasons. As the game is just as much for the players as the DM.
If you don't mind I'm gonna keep an eye on this thread as I am one of 2 GMs running 5e weekly for our GMT timezone group (we are all but 1 UK players, established over 2 years)  Fridays and Saturdays, at the time you mentioned (i know you didn't post Saturdays).
