LF DM. We already have a group of players! we now simply need a Dm! I want to play a good story in a samurai setting. Perhaps where we start out in the final days of our sword training so that we can do PVP with out killing each other.We can easily come up with a story of which the group has been together for a while as recruits for this lowly clan trying to make a name itself or somthing along these lines!I'm opened to have a skype converstion with the would be DM to flesh things out and listen to sugestions and ideas. The DM can put us in a Japanese setting(Fantasy or realistic) where we use samurai weapons, mainly katanas, as long as it's heavy based on Japanese culture.We can keep it human vs human or we can make it interesting and add monsters or make it about the Japanese clans uniting to fight monsters. I'm opened on this subject. I'd love to actually voice chat about this to a willing DM who's down in building our adventure and setting up the world we shall play in. I've seen in some edition of DND there's support for such things. Am I correct? I'm just craving a good story in a Japanese setting with friendly players(varied experiance accepted) who are willing to fight as team and perhaps train with each other( PVP with wooden blades) I think it's a good chance to improve the player skill in combat and can help us build out characters skills. Choosing good skills ect somtimes requires experimenting.A Sensei would be cool we could role play for advice and so forth. I'm not very good at character creation but i do have some experiance in playing DND on roll20! so i'm not a complete noob but i will require assistance from any player or DM willing to help me set up a character according to the Edition the DM chooses!That's right i don't have any preferance on the system! Infact it dosen't need to be DND as long as we stay true to the initial idea of a japanese setting.
