Server

Alright there has been much issues with the servers lately. However what surprise me is that we are unable to tell which server network our games are on. My browser keeps crashing so I think it's a server issue. So can this be repair and notify us which game or region is under specific server so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

http://status.roll20.net/ is where you can track roll20 server outages and if you are experiencing the issues right now, there are two game servers with interruption at the moment of this post. Your game could be on one of those shards. If you are seeking more details, I would recommend emailing the devs at Team@roll20.net and ask them for the details pertaining to that specific shard for that game.

I keep experiencing crashing on both tablet and phone now. Tablet has amazon silk and opera browser. Phone has chrome and firefox. This has been happening in the last few days and continues crashing no matter what I do. I even ran through spyware and no results and clear cash. It's only this site I am experiencing such slow down and crashing issues. I have went to other places for wifi and still experience the same issue.

Is this also happening on your computer browser as well? If it is, please go through the following steps. If the first 3 don fix anything for you please do step 4 and paste the whole console log here. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . ( Don't forget the complete Console Log! ) Thank you!
