Player Sheet Issues 5e campaign

Okay so I recently upped my group size to 6 and let a friend join my campaign. For some reason he keeps losing access to his Token and Sheet but everyone else in the group can control and move the token and access his sheet if I allow them its just him unable too do anything. So we are using Shaped (Whatever the current free version is) He imported his character Now if possible some help before next week would be greatly appreciated so I can get the game back on track. Have tried to clone the sheet and this fix's the issue for a little bit. but have to re upload his token everytime i clone.

A few questions for you, and troubleshooting steps for you and him to follow that will hopefully fix it: Which of your games is this happening in? Which character is it happening to? What is the in-game name of the player are you trying to assign the character to? Does it work for a bit, then randomly stop working? If it has stopped working, and he or you refresh your browser is it still broken afterwords? Now, for some steps for you and him to try that will hopefully fix the issue: Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . ( Don't forget the complete Console Log! ) Sorry for your troubles, and thank you for your time in trying to fix this issue.
