Macro entered in chat box behaves differently when operated from a macro button

When I enter this text (below) in the chat box it operates normally and is displayed to any PC that can edit or control the "language". Shows as from d100GM. If I operate this as a macro button it fails to work correctly and it is displayed to all PCs. Shows as d100GM. /w AbyssalNot &{template:pf_generic} {{name=Language Speech/Text}} {{subtitle= Unknown}} {{You do not comprehend the text/speech.}} . Can anyone assist with this issue? Do you have the "/w AbyssalNot" in the macro that you're clicking?

Exactly the same text is used in both cases.

By chance, is there a space in front of the /w AbyssalNot?
