Link to bigger image As amazing of a platform roll20 is, I tend to find the over-all layout to be a bit clunky and needlessly taking a lot of space. I've made a small mockup to inform you what layout I, personally, would appreciate in your service. Most of the "tools" like dice roller or turn table tend to take unnecessary space, blocking the playing field, which is currently already cut in half by the vertical textbox (which I find a strange design choice to begin with). I've especially trimmed down the dice roller, and nested it along the texbox. I took some liberties with the design of the Turn Order by having the initiatives and names overlapping the portraits. I put all the dialogue in the bottom part of the screen, so long stretches of speech don't bother that much. I've decided to have the macros in "folders" so they allow for more options in less room. It's strange that most of the options that WOULD warrant a seperate window, don't currently have them: options like the Jukebox would not be necessary to be open for the duration of a battle, but instead play in the background. The handouts only come up occasionally, as well as settings. I personally do not see the need of a seperate GM layer when the items could be in an "invisible" state when plonked on the board. Perhaps even synergize with the Reveal tool? That's about it. I'm not requesting a complete overhaul, of course. As I said, this is merely a mockup. Handle it as you will. If there's any questions, don't be afraid to shoot. PS: Yes, this was a Chocolate Factory dungeon :p
