New art library tokens and maps

Is there any way to recover what I tagged/saved (not uploaded)?  I had used some of those things and/or was going to make some changes to some of my maps that would I would have liked to use some of those.  Also with the current system is there a way to save those to my library similar to what was done previously? Edit: more specifically tokens/maps that are under the website version or tokens that I already have set up on various maps.

All tags, which are words you can search the image by are still there. You can add and edit tags by clicking on an asset in your folder structure or from Recent Uploads, clicking on the tags to add or edit them. If you mean assets you previously "starred" they should all be listed under your Recent Uploads. From there you can drag them up into any kind of organizational folder structure you want to create.

I only have stuff that I have uploaded though. Nothing that I have starred from other creators.  That is in my Library I found out, but I don't know how to move that into an actual game/session

You can move anything from your library onto the VTT by dragging the name. Here's an example:
