[Suggestion] HUD layer

I know there's alot of suggestions asking for multi layer support, but this one's a little different. I was thinking a layer that's always present on a players screen for the sake of an HUD. Ultimatly just make it player toggleable in the settings. I'm pretty sure this would be awesome for games that require alot of book keeping and referencing.
+1
+1 - It would have been useful in my Fate Core game to have certain elements either scrollable to follow the players or able to follow them from screen to screen.
Sounds really useful - I've been thinking about integrating some sort of HUD in my Traveller Campaign containing the current Time and Location of the Player's Ship - Having it on it's own, always-visible layer would be nice.
Preferably toggle-able for players and the ability to make tokens respond to various attributes on that layer. I.e. circles that pull numbers from the viewing char's attributes.
