[LFG] [Savage Worlds] Player looking for one-shots or demos EDT

I'd like to learn Savage Worlds, so I'm hoping to find some people who are enthusiastic about the system to teach it to me and/or learn it with me. I'd prefer multiple one shots showcasing different genres. EDT evenings/weekends.

I always use any excuse to recruit converts to Savage Worlds. When are you thinking? If we can find more people for this, i can always run something.

I've been looking for savage worlds myself although more towards a proper campaign. I do am a bit more picky about the setting though. Either the Typical fantasy world cause magic or a sci-fi setting that allows me to use power armor to my heart's content. I am GMT time.

I'll play or GM a oneshot. Always loved SW so I'm good, plus I'm on break so my schedule's wide open.

I can't do 2pm EDT. Based on where I live, that's 2 am so nope.

Well I could probably start at 8 am - 10 am my time, so that would be 8 - 10 pm for you and early afternoon for Elhaz. in GMT. Does that work for anyone?

Works for me. If you could give me a definitive time it would be better for me to plan around. I'm London time.

So on GMT+8, it'd be 8pm ish. For GMT that'll be 12pm. This ofc doesnt take into account Summer time adjustments.

Hum... I'm guessing australia then. Anyway I suppose I can do 1 PM, I need time to get lunch before the game so after that I'm good.

A last minute conflict has come up for me as far as this Monday goes... Might next Monday work instead?

I cannot say for sure until closer to the date. Though I suppose this gives time to create a room and prepare characters, also settle on a setting.

I'm open to trying Low Life if you want to run a demo. Have heard of it, but not really familiar with it. That said I can probably make Wed the 27th at 8 pm. But I can't commit to a long-term campaign right now.

Goatman, can you run? If so, what do you have in mind? I've only had a chance to read one of the scenarios; it's a little railroady as presented, but should be ok for a demo... &nbsp;I'm open to running it, but I'd need to rely on your help with the rules parts.&nbsp;

Rules are easy for the most part. I can run, though hoping to be a player. Ièd run a fantasy steampunk game, not sure what the game would be about but yea, I can GM if need be.
