Hey, Brian S. The Roll20 Marketplace has a lot of cave-related goodness within it, such as the 'Save Vs. Cave' sets . I bet you can find all of the material needed to assemble the Caves of Chaos within sets like these!
Also check out a Marketplace set called Caves Of Entropy , it feels very familiar to that era of old-school gaming and fits particularly well for that adventure.
