Are there any other pbem system websites or systems that people use to search games? I have seen very few games that are run or played via roll20 using a pbem setup.

They're few and far between, but more frequently referenced as PbP  (play by post) or a variation on Text Only.

There are  text only games ran on roll20. Play by EMail (PbEM) is not something roll20 does. You will have to google for those specific types of games (you might find those listed in yahoo groups or G+communities) but as Mark stated play by post (PbP) games are found on roll20. I'm running two right now.
