Can't download character tokens anymore

Hi I used to be able to download characters and modify them by local graphic programs. This doesn't work anymore. This is a critical feature for me, when will it be restored?

Hi Lyzzy. Are these tokens from the Roll20 Marketplace? After purchasing a set in Marketplace, some are available to download (while some sets are not licensed for downloading). If it is a Marketplace set that is available for downloading, return to the Marketplace page of that set and there will be a large blue button that says "Download Complete Set". Marketplace browse to find the set that has the token(s), https://marketplace.roll20.net/ If this does not answer your question please ask again.
It's an asset that I uploaded (downloading was possible at the time) but can't find on my own computer anymore.

Go to your Library on the webpage (outside the game tabletop), https://marketplace.roll20.net/library/ Find the token that you want, right-click and Copy Image Address. In a new browser tab, paste the URL of the image, but before you press Enter, change the word "thumb" to the word "original" in the URL. This method will allow you to access and download the original size graphic that you uploaded into your library.
Thanks, that solved it

Thanks! I had wondered how to do that, myself!
