Is it possible to modify existing hud features or to bring in completely new ones? Hud meaning things like the Turn tracker, can that be modified? Could a completely new item be added in? Things like round/ time trackers would be a great use of being able to make your own items.

The API can open or close the turn tracker, have tokens move around on the game table to create something HUD-like, and it can create clickable buttons in the chat pane (which can be whispered so only one player sees them), but that's basically the extent of its ability to manipulate the interface.
