Do all players (GM included) need to pay for modules?

I was wondering if all of the people planning to play with a specific module need to pay for it or can one person purchase it and send a link to the others?

Modules, like other Marketplace assets, are tied to Roll20 accounts. An account that purchased a module is able to use that module in games that they are the Creator of. Just like with other Marketplace assets, players/co-GMs are able to use the assets provided by a module purchased by the Creator of one such game within that game.
Just to gain some clarity, if I purchase a module, all of my friends can play that module and all assets that go with that module, so long as I am the creator of the game. However, if we have rotating GM's, those GM's can use all of the content outlined above as long as it is within the game originally created by the content owner.
