GURPS Post Apocalypse RPG Intrest?

Hi there! My name is Keaggan and I'm just testing the waters for a Post Apocalypse game using GURPS. Being a family man with a full time job I'm looking for a short term commitment. Or rather I could only play for about a month. GURPS being a rules juggernaut of a system I can't GM just yet. I've been RPGing/GMing for 20+ years but feel it will take some time to get a grip on all of the rules before I can do it justice. This unfortunately means I'd need a competent GM to take the helm. If others are out there that could be interested playing a one short story arc post here. Playing with some older gamers aka at least over 21 is preferred. Happy Gaming, -Keaggan

Would you be interested in a post apocalyptic game using Savage Worlds instead? I'm a long time GURPS (3rd edition) player and GM and you're right: it is a juggernaut. Too much for me these days. What at time zone are you in? I'm in PDT (GMT-7). /Matt
