Can Not Get Webcam to function

I have went through the audio/visual troubleshooting steps here: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Audio_Visual_Troubleshooti" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Audio_Visual_Troubleshooti</a>... I am not getting the permission pop up to "Allow" or "Deny." Im using Chrome (on Win 10) and have reset cookies/cache. Also tried FireFox. Nothing. On other webcam test sites (Google +) and using the Logitech software, the webcam functions perfectly. Just not in Roll20.&nbsp; Im using a Logitech C615 webcam.&nbsp; Anyone know what the issue could be?&nbsp;

Disregard. Didn't realize two people had to be in the session for the camera to turn on. Duh.&nbsp;
