Character Sheet Information keeps dissppearing

Hi!  I'm kind of new (in that I set up this account but haven't really started working with it until a little while ago) and I'm having an issue.   I will be cutting and pasting character sheets on here but when I close out the program and come back a lot of it (not all of it but a lot of it) will be gone.   I have been hitting the save button but it doesn't seem matter, the stuff just vanishes. Anyone know what's gong on?   Thanks for the help. 

Can you be a little more specific about what information is being lost?  Are you talking about the Bio Tab, or the actual HTML Character Sheet?  If the Character sheet, which one? 

It's the section where you put in the abilities.   I've been using it for skills and whatnot and some of them vanish when I leave the site and come back.   Also, the game I'm setting up for is one of my own creation (trying to play test it) and I wondered if there's a way to just create a character sheet form or maybe post character sheets in PDF or something like that.
