Library Update --

First, could you clarify how the storage quota works with this new system? I am trying to get all my assets organized. I made a couple of folders for my pogs, such as "Dragons" and "Undead" but when I move a pog to these folders they remain listed in the "Recent Uploads" area as well as appearing in the new folder. Does this mean that I have copied my asset and it is now taking up double space on my quota? Second, is there a way to move assets to a folder in bulk? I have several hundred different assets stored in "Recent Uploads" that I would like to move to folders. However, when I do a search of the "Recent Uploads," for instance to find all of the 'Dragon' pogs, then the "Dragon" folder disappears. I can find all the 'dragon' pogs but cannot move them to the "Dragon" folder. If I clear my search, I can see the "Dragon" folder, but am then looking at all my "Recent Uploads" and have to manually search for the dragons. I've noticed that I can search through Roll20->Marketplace->My Library (before logging into a game) and the system is like the old library management pop-up. The problem with this, though, is that I can only see pogs and not the folders I want to store them in. Nor can I create folders in this area. I really appreciate the update. It seems a lot more functional and smooth, I am just so accustomed to the old way I'm not adjusting well. :) Also, I can't find any official documentation (aside from a blog post).

There's a symbol like 2 interlinked boxes next to recent uploads. Clicking that switches recent uploads from its default of showing all images regardless of their location, and showing only those that are not in a folder.  See the blown up image below: If you click on the name of any of your images in the recent uploads folder, it will open a folder view of recent uploads (showing images based on the toggle described above). Clicking images here will highlight them in blue, you can select multiple by just continually clicking on images until you have everything you want selected. Then just drag over to the folder in the image/library tab on the right.
I didn't even think about dragging assets out of the window. Thank you. But before I get all my assets re-organized, I want to make sure that the asset being listed in multiple locations isn't actually using up more quota space. Intuition tells me that an asset listed in 3 different folders takes up 3x as much space because it has been copied. But logic tells me that this is just a visual way of sorting assets with multiple tags. So which is it?

It is visual.  When you move from Recent Uploads to a folder, you create an entry in that folder for the image, but it doesn't copy it.  If you delete it from that folder, you only delete the listing of it.  When you delete from Recent Uploads, it will delete the actual file.
Thank you very much for this information.
