Very simple; Ken's Pathfinder script imports statblocks and auto-creates Token Actions. All I want to know is if there's any script that does this with 5E sheets? Follow-up question is if not, why not?

The latter is very out of date for the current shaped sheet, you should use the  Companion script instead. It includes all of the token action creator's functionality.
