Job Board for Characters?

Though I'm not very informed about the Roll20 Forums, I would be interested in seeing a Tournament or Character tryouts. Character from previous sessions or campaigns looking to join a new campaign at their current lvl, or even join a Tournament. A character job board so to speech.
