Hangouts Log in issue

I have seen this from a couple people i play with, but not everyone. When they join a game through hangouts roll20 asks them to log in. When they do, the page refreshes and asks the same thing. They have tried clearing cookies and restarting the browser. It only seems to be happening through Chrome, and works just fire for these players through Firfox. Any ideas?

We've seen this happen before. I think I remember the issue being the user having "Block 3rd party cookies" enabled. This would explain why it works in 1 browser, but not the other if they have the cookies blocked in Chrome but not FF. To check/change this option in Chrome: go to Settings -> Show advanced settings... (at the bottom) -> under Privacy -> Content settings... (button) then uncheck "Block 3rd-party cookies and site data" and click Done.
