[LFP] (18+) [PF] - Tuesdays @ [7pm GMT+2]

Greetings all, I recently got together a group of friends to play pathfinder online and as it goes, life happened and one of our players had to drop out. Additionally I want to include one more player so that we have a well rounded group. Player age should be in the range of 20-30 years. Preliminary Information: 1.)The game is set in a homebrew world that I have been developing for 2 years with various groups in actual play, so if it is Golarion you are looking for I have to disappoint you.  2.)The game I run is focused as much on roleplay as it is on mechanics, there might be sessions without much combat and lots of rp. Due to the homebrew nature of the game certain races and/or classed might be restricted. 3.)I want to tell a story, that story won't happen without characters that act in it, just know that it is neither railroad nor sandbox, maybe it's a railbox or a sandroad.  4.)Alignments can range from good to neutral. When? Played weekly on Tuesdays. 7pm GMT+2 typical start time. 4+ hour session length. Usually, may vary from time to time. Technical Requirements Audio. We use Skype, will switch to alternatives like Discord if something does not work Expectations Mature Content(18+). Stupid jokes about sensitive topics can and most likely will occur. Reliability. If you can't play let me know at least 3 days in advance. Otherwise you are expected to be available regularly at gametime Accountability. Please note that I reserve the right to invite and uninvite you from the game if you fail to attend or are the cause of drama in the party. Character creation Your character will start at level 4. Your creativity is encouraged. With that I mean that your build should not be optimized to the high heavens, if you want to try a more exotic class concept or semi-optimal archetype you can do so without fear. You have three other party members. A Blood Kineticist, an Aasimar Slayer and an Elf Arcanist/Swashbuckler.  Heavily homebrewed Items. Powerful homebrew weapons and magical items may be found and possibly crafted. The World/Gods/Peoples. Some are new, some are old and some are adapted. Special Abilities/Feats. Might be given out if the story goes into territory that the rules do not cover or as a special reward. Setting About the group. Mercenaries tied together by an unlikely occurence. High Fantasy with a pinch of realistic Grit. The world is a dangerous place and the most heinous monster need not be monstrous. Level of Experience Advanced. We all have various levels of proficiency with Pathfinder and Roll20, but expertise in both can be found between us. Any applicants should have a working knowledge of the rules and Roll20 Applying Please submit applications to our game as a Private Message to myself. I don't expect novels or several paragraphs of why you would consider yourself fitting for this group, but I'd like to know what you expect/want from the game as well as a short introduction. Feel free to include any questions regarding the setting as well. All applicants will receive an answer to their pm and thusly the thread will be updated should both vacancies be filled.
One position has been filled, one remains open.
Would you please explain the reason for the 20-30 age band?
I have had bad experiences, mostly due to different expectations, with younger players.  That being said, the age is not a binding factor, you can always apply and I guarantee that I will take your application seriously.
Sorry, the timezone is 7 hours ahead of mine, so no-can-do.  I was just shocked to see the 10 year age band, which compelled me to inquire about it.  I've played with players both younger and much older, all without issue.  I think if you make sure to set the expectations for the group behavior early, you will find fewer issues in the future. Thank you very much for taking the time to clarify!
Well timezones are the thing that keeps most of us apart. I agree, that is why I started with Session 0 and make sure that all are on the same page, I usually just want to keep the age not too far apart, barring any other information. Glad that I could clarify :)
i would be interested in playing. If you dont mind me being new to pathfinder and might need a little with character creation.
Please read the post carefully :)
As of now, both players have been chosen, thanks to all who applied. :)
