Revealing areas is difficult near map edges

REPRO: *) Turn on Fog Of War *) Select Reveal Tool (the rectangle one) *) Draw a region that goes to the edge of the map EXPECT: You should be able to select a region that starts or stops off the edge of the map. RESULT: You must start on the map and if you overshoot you can't reveal. Let me know if want pictures and stuff.

Try to reveal the corner by using the mouse here.
I just have a 1 grid space all the way around my map area. then I can select or reveal anything "close to the edge

Oh I see what you mean. I don't think this is a bug so much as a design limitation. The current design is that when you leave the map area the selection area stops moving. When you place the cursor on the map area again the selection area jumps to that point. Below is me dragging a box from bottom right to the top left. I can do the same box from top left to bottom right but it is harder to get the cursor in the proper position in the corner of the map. Perhaps you can post a suggestion to have it work off of the visible map. - Gauss
