Anyone found any good Rifts Tokens?

Just curious, I'm starting up a Savage Rifts game for my group soon, and I'll be danged if I can find any tokens for a lot of the Iconic things in Rifts. Given that its a hodge podge, I'll probably end up using a lot of apocalyptic token packs, but power armor and Robots are a big problem. Right now I'm just using steam punk power armor tokens and while in the end its no big deal, I was surprised at how little there is in the marketplace for Power Armor and Robots. I guess folks just play fantasy, but with Savage Rifts out, its got me jonesing to run a good old fashion Fantasy, Wild West, Modern, Apocalypse, Magic, Lasers, Power Armor, Giant Robots, Monsters mashup. Now I just need 1 token pack with all that, lol. Did just find Darkwoulfe's Token packs, those space opera have some fun ones to work with.

David north and Phillip Wright both have a nice sets of sci-fi tokens that would be a good fit for rifts. (I'm sure there's more those are just the ones I remember off the top of my head). https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/557/sci-... https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/128/gala... I have set of high tech vehicles out some of which would go decently along with the high tech look of most rifts vehicles, and will probably do a set of various sized robots at some point. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/1036/tra...
Appreciate it. I already own your vehicle pack (Actually I think I own a bunch of your packs, great work BTW!) The biggest issue right now is Power Armor and humanoid combat robots. Too much of the Rifts stuff is iconic and distinct (One entire faction has everything look like a skull, tanks, transports, water fountains) There is just such a huge variety of Power Armor and Robots too...I hate to reuse the same token with a new label over and over, but I'll keep digging. I really like some of the stuff in David's pack there, and I must own half of Phillip's stuff too.....If I knew how to make tokens like you guys I bet I could make a whole $10 off the 8 people that probably want to play Savage Rifts on roll20, but I have the artistic capacity of a watermelon. It's worse in my physical groups, I have shelves and shelves of miniatures and nothing that even remotely resembles any of the stuff, I'm using Transformers toys to be robots and Power armor right now.
You might consider using portrait style tokens so you can steal pictures of various creatures and robot vehicles off the Interwebs. They're not as cool as the "action figure" style of tokens, but this way everyone will know what's what.

And hey, check out places like Epilogue.net which has some GREAT art... maybe see if you can get hold of your favourite artists there and encourage them to a) Do Rifts Friendly Material, and b) Do it on the Marketplace here...

Andrew said b) Do it on the Marketplace here Thank you David for bringing this discussion back towards roll20 usage. If the topic drifts to far off from roll20 marketplace or usage of roll20, this thread will have to be marked off-topic and closed. We also can not promote or encourage thief of IP from any Artist as they work hard to produce all the art (and yes it is art) that we all enjoy. Just for clarification of the CoC I'm talking about: Roll20 Community Code of Conduct . Intended Use The Roll20 Forums exist to discuss topics directly related to the use of the Roll20 program. Anything that more fittingly could be discussed on another website SHOULD be discussed there. No Piracy Allowed We will not allow the encouragement or distribution of pirated works. This is not meant to target the showing of interfaces or fan work accomplishments -- only actions that undermine the rights and property of others.

Oh Pat, I wasn't suggesting IP Theft. I was suggesting that you should convince the artist to sell their Rifts friendly stuff here. As in "Artist LL Cool Draw has made some awesome stuff on Epilogue, you should get him to sell stuff on the Marketplace!"

The piracy part that I spoke of was more along the lines that there was suggestions of stealing pictures off the web and roll20 does not promote that as we believe artists should be compensated for their time and energy. It is why the first thing that we always try to recommend is use the marketplace or contact the artist, that uses the style that you like, to enter communication with them. You can contact some artist (see Gabriel above) through their roll20 accounts or you can contact the devs at Team@roll20.net with the name of the artist and why you wish to contact them. It is just as fine for the original poster to go to another site and contact an artist that impresses them for commission work also.

Of course. Getting appropriate recompense for their skill is important. Just to make sure my own position clear: Don't steal the stuff, but get the artists to ply their trade in the Marketplace if they want (and I personally didn't mean to intend otherwise).

Out of curiosity, how many people out there need machines/robots for campaigns? I can see Machines applied to fantasy based games, though not as often as you would find in say a rift campaign, but there are mechanical creatures in the fantasy world that could benefit from a good robot pack. Perhaps Warhammer crowd, or future campaigns could use robots. The question is the time it would take to create them. "Must do more research"
I don't know how many folks need them, I know the question of PA and Robots has come up in several of my groups campaigns, but the 5 or 6 folks I play with consistently is a pretty small sample size. Devin Night has a token pack (56 I think?) that has some steam punk Power armor and its a generic place holder for most PA in our campaigns now. I know us Savage Worlds/Rifts players are a smaller base around here, such is life. I can only imagine the amount of time and energy it takes to make a lot of the packs on the marketplace.
