In my campaign Murder Hobo's Rampage Through the Riverlands I have the Player Gronk always logged into the campaign even when i confirm with him that he is not logged in.
Sounds like the problem I had. I posted a question about booting a player that wasn't there but haven't heard back yet. I just went a head and deleted my board since I didn't get an answer back yet. you will probably want to hold off on that.
