I have some forms for players to fill out (for Paranoia). I could easily see having other private documents I want all players to have a copy of to edit. Things like 20 questions for backgrounds, etc. I would like to be able to copy handouts as easily as character sheets.

I'd take this a step further, and ask that players are also able to make handouts. I'd like to be able to send handouts to the rest of my party, or send a lengthy note to a certain member. Sometimes whispering just isn't enough :P.
