Can't load Campaigns

Hello guys! Since a few months I encounter the problem, that I cant connect to any campaign. Not my own ones, not the ones of my mates. The loading screen get's frozen at "0" on the counter (when I try it the first time of the login) or at the second or third of the funny random expressions he gives you while loading. The problem is quite inconsistent, though, and sometimes it miraculously works. Don't know why, I chance nothing on my system. Checked it with my Desktop PC and my Netbook. Sometimes, both can't join, sometimes when the PC can't, the Netbook is able to. Rebooting the PC/Netbook or my router doesnt work, relogging doesnt work, clearing the cache doesnt work, too. My mates can join the campaigns I cant join without difficulties. I'm using firefox on both computers. The web-console shows that he is looping the firebase-entries over and over again. I really don't know what to do anymore. Maybe someone has some suggestions? thx, Elfangor edit: checked it with IE also. No chance.
Hmmm... Looks like there've been a few hiccups on some of the server shards today ( <a href="http://status.roll20.net/" rel="nofollow">http://status.roll20.net/</a> ). Are you still having issues? Also, rather than using IE (which doesn't always play nicely with Roll20), have you tried Chrome?
I have the issues since months and with both IE and firefox.

Elfangor, are you using the Chrome plugin for IE? If you are still having an issue please go to <a href="http://supportdetails.com" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com</a> and report the details you get except for IP address. - Gauss
He doesn't use Chrome, we even ruled out a problem with the ads.
I use firefox mainly. No Chrome Plugin. OS: Vista Browser: Firefox 24.0 Java: enabled Cookies: enabled Screen Res: 1920x1080 Browser Size: 1210x840 Color Depth: 24bit Flash: 11.8.800

You cannot use Internet Explorer without the Chrome plugin. Additionally, the Chrome plugin is being phased out so it may not work at all eventually. I don't see your Firefox version in the support details. Please include that. Please provide a screenshot of your Firefox browser (entire thing) at the point where it is stuck loading. Please try Chrome and see if that works. If Chrome works then the problem is more likely to be browser related. Finally, please have your GM send me a join link. - Gauss
Firefox Version (24.0) edited in my last post. Screen above, hope it's enough. Join link will be sent per PM soon. Chrome doesn't work either.
Elfangor, Gauss will need to see more than just the Roll20 tabletop. If you can get a screenshot including all the browser "chrome" (ie. the tabs, toobars, and other things that surround the site), that would be most helpful.
Same problem here. Cannot load campaign. Sometimes is gives me the countdown and hangs on zero. Other times it looks like below. Thanks!

You can just copy/paste the support details here. Edit: Jim, I took a look at your campaign and did not see anything campaign oriented that may cause you to be unable to enter. Can you enter other campaigns without any problems? Before you enter the campaign please do the following: 1) Cmd+Shift+J to access your console 2) Enter the campaign 3) Report any errors (in red) if the campaign fails to load. - Gauss
Hey guys, Is there a way to see which shard our campaigns are on? I too cannot currently access my campaign (Chrome, Win7) but it could just be that the shard I am on is currently under maintenance or down or something. Cheers, Greg

Greg, send me a join link to your campaign. Is it one particular campaign you have a problem with? Elfangor, the reason I need the full browser is because sometimes I can see things that may interfere such as extensions. Have you tried getting into a different campaign? Does it have the same problem? - Gauss
Yeah, we tried Elfangor logging into a different campaign. Same problem occurs.

Has he tried whitelisting roll20 on his extensions or plugins or just flat disabling them? I ask because didnt see it mentioned in the thread.
Yes, we deactivated all the addons as a first step. Same with the antivirus or anything else messing with the connection. Didn't help.

Has Elfangor tried running Roll20 via another internet connection? Could be a firewall issue.
another connection...no, I didn't. Isn't that simple to do, because my Desktop isn't very mobile, but I'll try the netbook at least, when I get the chance. Can take some time, though.

Elfangor, when you do please let us know what happens. Perhaps head to a coffeeshop or library to use their wifi. :) Also, please open your console before joining the campaign and, if you fail to join, report any errors. - Gauss
I am guessing you have NoScript and disallowed some of the google scripts?
Logged in via another connection. Worked perfectly. Will try again in a few days and see, if it was by chance (as I can log in from at home sometimes, too) or if I am able to join from here regularly.
Did anyone find a solution to this problem? The same thing started happening to me on my computer at work. I was able to get in using this computer a few weeks ago. I can still access my campaign from home and I can get in at work using my co-workers computer (which is identical to my work comp).

Mitch , unfortunately connection problems are usually unique to the computer, router, or internet connection. While we will try to help troubleshoot them there is not much we can do on our end. If you would like to try to troubleshoot this with us we will try to help.
Yea i have been having a more serious version of this problem where anything but crome does not load after i press the login button. Even in crome i cant access any campain because it stays on the black screen. Chris , please disable your extensions and plugins and try again.
This was a fresh install of crome. I also tried that with firefox and it did not work.
Also i got a proxy to work on most sites but the proxy cant access campains. I did nothing to my network setting but i think the network is the problem because i cant seem to access roll 20 on any of my computers on the network besides the home page. any help with this i dont care if it leads to outside sources i kind of need this fixed by the 19th. also sorry for double posting but this is imporant.

Please supply your console (either Chrome or Firefox). To open your console it is Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome or Ctrl+Shift+K in Firefox.
