Is it possible to get a refund?

I currently have a support subscription and I was trying to see if there was a method to upgrade my current subscription to Mentor. I had not realised that my credit details were remembered and that there was no confirmation button for the transaction when i had clicked Mentor!! Is it possible to get a refund or just partial to upgrade? I do not wish to upgrade over my current supporter subscription.
Actually I cancelled my subscription right after purchasing Mentor accidently. Now it says Subscription Plan cancelled. Does this mean that I did not pay for the Mentor and no money was paid?
