Hangouts on Hour deprecated - moving to Youtube Live

Hey All, I'm starting a new campaign and was looking to do a stream of it. It seems like the easiest way of doing that, without any apps on my end, is to use the Google+ Hangouts On Air feature. The wiki has a nice doc on how to get this going: https://wiki.roll20.net/Playing_in_Google%2B_Hango... and I had done a test hangout prior to my session to figure it out. But then today I see that they're deprecating Hangouts On Air in favor of 'Youtube Live': https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/7083786?... Anybody here familiar with Youtube Live streaming? From Hangouts I can use the screen sharing app to share the Roll20 content and also record video/voice, but I'm not sure that this is anywhere near the same thing, so am I now stuck finding another approach?
