All Flesh Must be Eaten (CLOSED, This Wednesday)

IT'S THE COFFEE BREAK OF THE LIVING DEAD! One chance gathering of six co-workers in the same place may make the difference in them surviving or joining the undead hordes. They only wanted some caffeine.... Eden studios' Unisystem based All Flesh Must be Eaten, "The Zombie Survival Roleplaying Game," is the perfect medium for PnP horror gaming. Here it comes to Roll20 to the shock and horror of millions of NPCs that will soon join the ranks of the undead! How do you play? Simple! Roll a d10 plus the appropriate attributes, get a nine or higher, and that takes care of fifty percent of the rolling. Need to jump a gap? Roll a d10 plus Dexterity, plus acrobatics. Need to jump start a car? Roll a d10 plus Int, plus a car mechanics. Need to put an axe in a Zombie's brain? Roll a d10 plus Dexterity, plus axe wielding. Get a nine or above on any roll and you have succeeded! With a variety of settings (is the outbreak just starting or have you turned the nearby prison into a beacon of hope for humanity) and hundreds of possible combinations of the unliving to battle (fighting a zombie that explodes on death spreading the spores that created the outbreak is a bit different than one that crawls along walls and spits acid at the unsuspecting living below) you can never be to sure what horrors await. Or, at the very least, run fast enough from them. I can DM (Or ZM if you want to be colorful) a game with four to six people. Whenever those four to six people have schedules that line up is when the game can begin. Character Sheets will be provided in game using handouts. http://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/1869/all-flesh-must-be-eaten
Depending on the day and time that is decided upon I would be very interested in joining this campaign. I'm in EST and for me personally Sundays are out because that is the day that I run my PF campaign. Just about any other day would be fine as long as it's a little bit later in the day. I can't give a solid time window that I'd be able to play as I just started a new job working in the morning but it shouldn't be long before I'll have an idea of what time(s) will work for me.
Personally I was thinking somewhere in the 9 to 10 PM range on Fridays or Saturdays, but I'm rather flexible when it comes to timing.
I'm very interested, this is my last week of work before the new semester start which will free up a lot of my time.
How long were you planning on running the sessions? 9 or 10pm might be pushing it a little bit but I can't say for certain.
I was thinking about going an hour at a time but yeah, I can see where 9 or 10 would be pushing it if we decided to go longer. Maybe sometime around 6 or 7 and then see how it goes from there.
HI, I'm definitely interested in joining. I'm pretty much available any day except Tuesday nights. I have played/ZM'd before, but it's been a while. I generally know the rules and how gameplay goes though.
I'd be interested as well possibly. Fri/Sat don't work for me as I usually work those nights. Mon/Tue work best for me, but I'd be interested if it was another night possibly depending on the time you were looking to run and the time zone you're in.
So... Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays at around 7 PM Eastern Standard Time, sessions ending at around 9 or 10 PM. I'm leaning towards doing bi-weekly Mondays and Thursdays myself but that's a scheduling issue. If it came down to one day, Mondays would be good. Hell, with four people we could start tomorrow evening.
That time sounds like it will work. I should be available tomorrow evening if that's when we want to start as well.
Unfortunately mondays and thursdays are the days I play pathfinder.
Well that settles it. Wednesdays at 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. I'll dole out character sheets at the start of the game. So if everyone's schedule's line up that's four people so far. Possibly five if my mystery guest can make it. Luck permitting, we have ourselves a group!
Hey I am very interested in joining you guys. I am available most nights after 6pm EST.
Take makes Ryan number six. Unless someone can't make it, we're officially full.
Hello everyone. I am Rickshaw's mystery guest. This will be my first real RPG tabletop game, so if I'm kind of slow, I apologize. I'm looking forward to playing and hope to have fun.
Hello everyone. I am Rickshaw's mystery guest. This will be my first real RPG tabletop game, so if I'm kind of slow, I apologize. I'm looking forward to playing and hope to have fun. LIES AND SLANDER! No, but seriously she's the fifth person. I hope everyone is set for Wednesday at 7 because the zombies are coming either way.
In the case work requires me to stay over to finish year-end I'll post here and let you know.
Wednesday at 7 is good for me so look forward to being there.
I'm currently working this Wednesday night, so I'll have to back out.
Sorry to hear that Pat, maybe next time. So here's how I see it. Coming -Shawn -Galen Maybe -Zachary -Ryan -Andrea Busy -Pat Since Pat is out we could bring in one more person, or save a space for next Wednesday. Either way is good for me. Dec 31st Update : Everyone should probably apply to join the campaign at the link in the top post to confirm they're coming. It would be easiest that way. Also, to anyone who has done some research with the system. There will be no Survivors or Inspired for this particular little adventure, merely Norms. Norms are basically normal people, Survivors would be people like Rick or Daryl from The Walking Dead tv series, Inspired would be something like a DnD Cleric but squishier. To compensate for stronger characters, I will be throwing special infected at you. Can anyone say 'Smoker!' This is merely to get used to the system. Think of it as a kind of "prologue" to the real adventure where people could create their own characters.
UPDATE POST! Everyone who has decided to attend, please apply at the listing provided at the first post. I cannot invite you because I do not have email addresses, nor do I really want them. Make your decision known! Also, Pat's place has been taken by one Lamont G. and Andrea may not be able to attend. All applications from other parties will be denied!
Clicking on the link doesn't do anything for me. I see a plain white page that says "Not authorized" and that's it.
Oh? Well... damn. I'll fix it, just... dear lord, it all makes sense now. Fixed. Link now leads to the LFG Listing. http://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/1869/all-flesh-must-be-eaten I have shamed my family.
Well, let's do this again! Next game will be Wednesday, January 23rd, at 7:00PM. Three spots open and anyone who doesn't show up twice in a row without proper excuses will be kicked to make room for the next person. We'll be playing All Flesh but rather than use a pre-made campaign you'll be making your own characters to deal with zombies of my own design. Pack your Bug-Out-Bags and make sure your guns are loaded, it's killing time!
