One of my players can see the entire map even though I have dynamic lighting on. The dynamic lighting works for the other three players but the last one can see the entire map. She is not A GM in the game, and can see the entire map on various maps with dynamic lighting.

I had a player with the issue when they used chrome. When using FF it worked fine. I don't think it's a specific browser issue, I just think it was a settings issue in his browser. He just uses FF for the game. Might be worth having them try another browser. also not sure if there is a restore default settings that might help.

Dynamic lighting requires javascript working. Have your player make sure her javascript is on, running, and up to date. If it is then they need to see if their hardware acceleration is turned on or off in their browser (and toggle it to the other state).
